2016 - 2017 7th Grade Eagle Bluff Overnight Trip

WHAT?  Eagle Bluff is an Environmental Learning Center where students can learn about environmental issues and participate in outdoor activities.  Schools from all over the state attend Eagle Bluff.  Part of the time will be spent participating in outdoor activities such as: cross-country skiing, snow shoeing, hiking, and a rock wall.  The other portion of the time  will be spent participating in the environmental classes such as: biodiversity, ecosystems, and natural resources in Minnesota.   At the conclusion of each activity and/or environmental learning class, students will reflect on what they have learned.  All 7th grade students are expected  to be a part of this opportunity.  Students who do not attend will have class at Sanford all three days.

WHERE?  Lanesboro, Minnesota  Your child will stay in the Eagle Bluff dormitories.

  • March 15-17, 2017- Team Motivation @ Eagle Bluff

Required Paperwork

Lots of paperwork is needed for this trip.  It is both for Minneapolis Public Schools and Eagle Bluff.  Your prompt completion of the paperwork will make the planning process go much smoother.
