Help Sanford students raise money for school activities while getting work done around your house!

Sanford Middle School has created a program called Sanford Job Corps to help our students raise money for a variety of activities including:
• 8th Grade Europe Trip
• 7th Grade Trip to Wolf Ridge Environmental Center
• Field Trips
• Other School Sponsored Events

You can be a part of supporting our kids by providing them opportunities to work for you. This winter our Job Corps has shoveled sidewalks for homeowners and done work for businesses like Visual Expressions, Patrick’s Cabaret, and the Longfellow Community Council.

All we ask in return is that you give our students $5 an hour for their work. For every hour of work students will earn $5 towards their personal educational goals.

Our partner in this program is the Longfellow United for Youth & Families organization - they offer tutoring & mentoring for students.  We have also worked with the Longfellow Business Association, Longfellow Community Council, The Church of St Albert the Great, and many homeowners and other businesses.
